FAQ

Straight answers on shipping, payments, grading and selling. If yours is not here, a real person is one email away.

Orders & shipping

How quickly do orders ship?

Every order ships within 24 hours of being placed. Cards are packed to travel and every parcel is tracked, so you can follow it to your door.

Do you ship outside Australia?

We are an Australian store shipping to Australian addresses. If you are ordering from overseas, email us before you check out and we will let you know what is possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your parcel is on its way you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also find it any time under Order History in your account.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes. Contact us within 14 days of delivery, send the items back in the condition they arrived (sealed product unopened), and we refund the item price to your original payment method — or the full amount including postage as store credit. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Because orders leave within 24 hours there is a short window. Email us straight away with your order number and we will do our best to catch it before it is packed.

Payments & pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, PayPal and Afterpay. Every transaction is encrypted end to end and we never see or store your full card details.

Are prices in Australian dollars?

Yes. Every price on the site is in AUD and includes GST. What you see on the listing is what you pay, plus postage at checkout.

Why does the same card have several prices?

Each printing, finish and condition we hold is listed separately. A foil from one set and a non-foil from another are different items with different prices, so you can see exactly which copy you are buying.

Can I pay with store credit?

Yes. Store credit earned through the buylist sits on your account and is applied at checkout. Anything left over stays on your account for next time.

Card condition & grading

How do you grade cards?

Every card is inspected and graded before it is listed, using the standard scale: Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP), Heavily Played (HP) and Damaged. The condition on the listing is the condition in the sleeve.

What does each condition actually mean?

Near Mint looks fresh from the pack with at most a tiny edge nick. Lightly Played has minor wear you would notice on a close look. Moderately Played shows clear wear such as edge whitening or light scratches. Heavily Played is tournament-legal in a sleeve but well worn. Damaged has creases, water damage or other structural issues.

What if a card arrives in worse condition than described?

Email us with your order number and a couple of photos. If we have got the grade wrong we will make it right, whether that is a partial refund, a replacement or a full return.

Are your cards authentic?

Yes. Every single we sell is a genuine Wizards of the Coast printing. We do not stock proxies or counterfeits, and we check everything that comes in through the buylist.

Selling your cards

How does the buylist work?

Search for the cards you want to sell, add them to your buylist with their condition, choose cash or store credit, and submit. We review the offer and send postage instructions. Once the cards arrive and are checked, you are paid.

How much will I get for my cards?

Individual cards typically receive 40–60% of market value as cash, or 60–80% as store credit. Store credit carries a 15% bonus over the cash figure. Whole collections sit slightly lower to account for sorting time.

Does condition affect the buylist price?

Near Mint and Lightly Played cards receive full rates. Moderately Played is discounted 20–30%. Heavily Played is assessed case by case. Heavily damaged, altered, marked or counterfeit cards are not accepted.

How long does a quote take?

Single-card buylist offers are answered within 24 hours. Whole-collection enquiries take 1–2 business days. All offers are subject to inspection when the cards arrive.

How am I paid?

Cash is paid by direct bank transfer. Store credit is added to your account and can be spent on anything in the shop.

Decklists & preorders

How does the decklist importer work?

Paste a list from Moxfield, Archidekt, EDHREC or any plain text decklist. We match every line against our stock, show you what is in, what is partial and what is missing, and let you add the whole lot to your cart in one click.

When do preorders ship?

Preorders ship within 24 hours of the set release date. If you combine a preorder with in-stock cards, the whole order ships together on release, so place separate orders if you want the in-stock cards sooner.

Can I request a card you do not have listed?

Absolutely. Email us the card, set and condition you are after and we will let you know if it is coming in or if we can source it.

Still stuck?

Email us with your order number or the card you are asking about and a person will answer — not a bot.
